Bakery Ingredients
Alongside dried fruit and nuts, we supply a comprehensive range of bakery ingredients for artisan and industrial bakers.
Flour and cereals
We supply a broad range of flour products to craft bakeries, in bags and in bulk, sourced from Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. We also carry cereal flakes for bread decoration, plus gluten, semolina and maize grits.
Sugars and salt
We supply the complete range of sugar products from Cosun. We are also a wholesale supplier of consumption and industrial salts from Salt Specialties and FrisiaZout, optionally under private label. We also offer sea salt for consumption.
Glucose and honey
We supply several glucose products including dextrose and corn starch from producers such as Brenntag, Roquette and Avebe. Honey is supplied primarily to craft bakeries in 25 kg plastic containers.
Candied fruit
Standard stock items include candied lemon peel, orange peel and mixed peels for the bakery industry.
Spices
We stock the most common spices: cinnamon, mixed spices and gingerbread spices. Less common spices can be sourced quickly on request.
Butter and almond paste
For craft bakeries we supply various types of concentrated butter, butter with colouring agents and full-cream butter. Almond paste is always in stock as a standard bakery item.
