Beyond supply, we process raw materials fully to your specifications. With more than 65 years of expertise in cleaning, drying and mixing, we are your partner for custom solutions.
Cleaning
Dried fruit arrives in cardboard boxes and plastic bags — sometimes stuck together. We separate the fruits, give them a water bath, remove contaminants and optionally add a plant-based coating to prevent sticking. We naturally also deliver by weight and in the packaging of your choice.
Drying
Moisture content is critical to the quality of your end product. A muesli bar requires a different moisture percentage than a stollen that should remain juicy. We adjust moisture content to your requirements and pack the product directly in the desired format.
Mixing
For multigrain bread and other products where homogeneity is essential, we compose custom blends. Your specifications — ratios, weights, packaging — are our starting point. This gives you a consistently high-quality, cost-efficient product every time.
